If the forms cannot be brought to the store in person, then please have your signature NOTARIZED on the USPS1583 Form and initial the last page. Fax everything to us at (469) 567-4899.

Notary Public

Provided by a professional certified notary.

We can notarize all official or legal documents, from copies of birth certificates to loan closings to marriage certificates.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday – 9am – 6pm
Friday – 9am – 5pm

Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary:

• Bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit for notary services.
• Be sure to bring all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.
• Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. The notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.
• Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. Contact PSK Printing & Shipping prior to your visit to determine if it can provide additional signature witnesses

The cost for a notary is $10 per signature.
